Office Manager needed in De Pere, WI!

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an Office Manager to add to our client’s growing team in De Pere, WI! 

The Office Manager will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales invoicing, quarterly and yearly taxes, general HR duties, and payroll. You will also be managing workman’s comp claims and year end reporting. This position involves dealing with a large amount of confidential information, as well as working with minimal supervision. This position is open due to an upcoming retirement and the selected candidate will have hands-on training with the current employee.

This is a full-time, contract to hire opportunity with the potential for immediate direct hire, based on experience level. The standard hours are Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm with flexibility. The starting wage ranges from $25-35/hr. based on experience.

Qualifications:
- 2-4+ years or related experience Office Manager or Accountant experience.
- Associate or bachelor’s in accounting or related field, strongly preferred.
- Strong accounting/bookkeeping experience required.
- Payroll experience strongly preferred.
- Accounting software experience required, Sage software a plus
- Must be proficient with Microsoft programs including Word and Excel
